It’s so nice to meet you!
I’m Alexia Cappelletti, a visual storyteller combining intentional graphic design with dynamic advertising photography. Currently pursuing my B.F.A. at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), I focus on building cohesive visual brands that bridge the gap between strategic branding and impactful imagery. I look at design through both a photographer’s lens for composition and detail, and a graphic designer’s eye for layout, structure, and clear communication.

What I Do
My creative process is deeply cross-disciplinary and grounded in high-impact corporate collaborations. From developing visual languages for Deloitte to analyzing consumer market data and
visual communication for Samsung, I thrive on turning complex creative puzzles into polished brand experiences.
My photography work connects consumers to brands through advertising/product photography and business-focused events across print and digital media. As a multimedia creator, my background includes capturing behind-the-scenes content on
film sets and producing digital content designed for authentic interaction across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

My Background
Growing up just outside of Philadelphia, I’ve always been
driven by an endless curiosity to learn how things work. Whether playing soccer, growing plants, or understanding instruments like the piano, guitar, and flute, I constantly sought out new creative outlets.
Joining the Technology Student Association (TSA) fueled my passion for combining art with technology, ultimately leading me to discover graphic design and photography. Outside the studio, you can find me listening to audiobooks, linocutting, or diving into my next hobby.

My Inspirations
Besides being inspired by cross-pollination and learning new skills, my biggest inspirations are traveling, my family, and the world around us. My stepmother was a photographer for about 25 years and passed down her camera to me (which I shoot on to this day).
I have used that camera to take photographs of my travels and the world we live in. Capturing the moments of a place always holds a special spot in my heart and leaves me in awe of the Earth itself.
This, in turn, influences my graphic design, where I love adding deeper meaning to my designs. For my personal projects, I tend to connect them back to the natural world and the communities
we create.

So, why do I do it?
Guided by a strong technical foundation as an Adobe Certified Professional and a 4.0 GPA mindset, I love diving into fast-paced, collaborative environments that challenge me to think critically. I don’t just create visuals to be looked at; I intentionally design them to connect, communicate, and elevate brand identities from the ground up by combining my knowledge of graphic design and photography. I do it all for the genuine connection between people, objects, places, and everything in between.
